via Vittorio Zambardino, via Matteo I arrive at Roberto Saviano's piece on Beppino Englaro: therapeutic obstinacy versus obstinacy in law, so that law is a right and not an opinion.
And I remain convinced, in my naivety, that laws and law may not be a mess, a problem, a snag: they are because making simple things (or making complicated things simple) is difficult and requires effort. And also, come to think of it in extinguishing naivety, because making them complicated creates sands in which to mire, if need be, what is uncomfortable to take a stand on.
