Insights from BarCamp Turin
Hey, this post is vintage content. It dates back more than 18 years ago: it may contain outdated and inaccurate information.
In strict order:
- The post-its of speeches that compose themselves on the wall, like a paper wiki
- I halfway through Matteo and co.'s talk on blogrolls: who would have thought the topic would be so interesting. And I who have always snubbed them (blogrolls, not Matteo and co.)...
- Semantic web: fine, but something concrete (Microformat aside)?
- The atmosphere: similar to that of Webb.it before it dissolved inside Smau like effervescent aspirin in a glass of water.
- Republication and content aggregation. And we end up talking about what it means to earn money from a blog.
- The
- The SCAMPER.
- Small rooms work much better than the big room: it may be the proximity, it may be that it feels better, it may be that...
- Business Models for Web 2.0.
- Matteo, Pecus, Vanz, Gaspar
- Palmasco and his photographs. I finally get to meet a photography professional who wants to chat about his work (but why are they so rare?).
- "Human Scale Interfaces", not sure which talk.
- I waiting for the net to come back up...
