In Italy for a while, but still partially inactive until a few days ago, I "inaugurate" the return online by recommending a read: Developing With Web Standards - Recommendations and best practices.
Great starting point for those who want to start developing using web standards, Developing with Web Standards is part of the collection of experiments that Roger Johansson collects on his site, 456 Berea Street.
