Small streets, which remain in mind
Surrounding Uguisudani Station is a dense neighborhood made up of alleys, narrow, curving and short, dense, stretching northeastward.
Even when there is no one around on the streets-at night everything slows down-you can tell there is so much life flowing beyond the walls, around the tables in the bars, in the beds of the love hotels scattered all around.
Behind the last row of buildings is the tangle of trains running through Tokyo on all sides. It is a river of carriages, of uninterrupted and reassuring train traffic.
