An unexpected corner
The izakaya restaurant in this house on the corner was already closed when I happened to walk past it, after getting lost and found again and again.
At one point, I also found the me from three months earlier: I was kneeling in front of a small shrine made of tombstones from which three carved monkeys emerged. One covered his eyes with his hands, another covered his ears, and the third covered his mouth: sanzaru. See no evil, hear no evil, never say evil.
It was one of the last nights spent in Tokyo.
